Too many people have been turned off by running by trying to start off too fast. The fast start causes the body to rebel, and the training comes to a premature halt. The Hyderabad Runners Couch to 5K program was created to offer a structured plan for beginners, to help you achieve your first 5K.
We help you train to run a 5K within 8 weeks. With training centers in over 15 locations, you can choose a place that works out the most convenient for you. Just give yourself 3 hours every week, to start your running journey.
This program is driven by enthusiastic runners & mentors, who have been into long-distance for over two years. The foundational knowledge that this program offers, has helped Couch to 5K graduates, to proceed quickly to longer distances in running.
This training program has been active since 2015 and has supported over 2500 newbies to start running and lead an active lifestyle in this short span of time.

Fee: Rs. 500 per person (includes training, Entry into Couch to 5K Graduation run, Finisher medal & certificate)
