About the Program

Since 2015, Hyderabad Runners has been helping beginners take their first steps toward fitness through the Kouch to 5K Training Program. Over the years, more than 7,000 first-time runners have successfully discovered the joy of running and built a healthier, more active lifestyle.

For 2025, we are excited to introduce the Winter Warriors Edition – Kouch to 5K, a specially designed 8-week program created to help aspiring runners begin their journey with structure, motivation, and confidence.

Whether you are new to running or returning after a break, this program is ideal for building endurance and consistency under the guidance of experienced mentors and a supportive community.

Program Highlights

Duration: 8 Weeks
Start Date: Monday, 8 December 2025
Graduation Run: Sunday, 15 February 2026
Sessions: 3 days a week (Mon, Wed & Sat OR Tue, Thu & Sat)
Time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM (varies slightly by location)
Fee: ₹800 (Inclusive of GST)
Minimum Age: 10 years
